Ukraine's President says Russia's military is being left 'tormented' by his country's capabilities, despite Moscow promising to ramp up attacks on Kyiv.
It's after the sinking of a warship - though Russia maintains Ukrainian missiles were not responsible.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy says the success of his troops in holding back Russian forces has been "historically significant".
But, in his nightly address, he's again asked for increased Western support:
"The next package of sanctions against Russia must include a Russian oil ban. In general, the democratic world must accept that Russia's money for energy resources is in fact money for the destruction of democracy".
