Ukrainian authorities claim at least six people have been killed after Russian rockets hit an apartment block in the Donetsk region.
The area's governor also says more than 30 people are thought to be trapped in the rubble.
It happened in the town of Chasiv Yar, which is about a one-hour drive from Kramatorsk.
