The US congressional committee investigating last year's Capitol riot has ordered a legal summons for Donald Trump to give evidence.
Five people were killed and hundreds injured when supporters stormed Congress on the 6th of January last year.
If Donald Trump refuses to partake, he could face criminal charges and imprisonment.
