A US court will hear an appeal today by the man convicted of murdering Limerick man Jason Corbett.
69-year-old Thomas Martens will ask to be released temporarily over fears he'll get Covid-19 in prison.
The former FBI agent and his daughter, Molly, killed Mr Corbett with a brick and a baseball bat in 2017.
They won an appeal against their second-degree murder convictions, but remain in jail awaiting a retrial.
