The United States has dismissed a plan from Poland to give fighter jets to Ukraine.
The idea was to send them first to a US base in Germany.
But the Americans say they'd be worried about the prospect of planes departing there to head into airspace contested with Russia.
Moscow says it will again stop firing in some Ukrainian cities this morning to allow civilians to leave.
Yesterday Moscow was accused by Kyiv of making it impossible for people to leave through so-called humanitarian corridors because of constant shelling.
