A US judge has upheld Ghislaine Maxwell's sex trafficking conviction, despite a juror's failure to disclose past abuse.
It's been found the individual still "testified credibly and truthfully" and harboured no bias towards the British socialite.
The 60 year old was convicted in December for helping late financier and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein to sexually abuse teenage girls.
Sky's U.S correspondent Martha Kelner has been reading the judge's findings:
"Juror 50's lack of attention and care in responding accurately to every question on the questionnaire is regrettable but the court is confident that his failure to disclose was not deliberate".
