A committee investigating the US Capitol riots in Washington DC is reportedly preparing to vote on recommending Donald Trump faces criminal charges.
They could include insurrection, conspiracy and obstructing an official proceeding of Congress, according to America's NBC.
While the congressional panel cannot bring charges, it can make a referral to the Justice Department.
