A sexual assault lawsuit against Kevin Spacey has been dismissed by a New York court.
Anthony Rapp claims the actor inappropriately touched him at a party in 1986, when he was 14.
Mr. Spacey's denied the accusations against him.
50 year-old Rapp who brought the case had been seeking around €40 million in damages.
