He's also discussed the growing numbers who've joined the Russian army since he changed the law to allow 'murderers and drug-dealers' to join up:
"Among 300,000 people, 318,000 people have already been mobilised. Why 318,000? Because volunteers go, the flow of volunteers is not declining".
