Vladimir Putin claims Russia is ready to resume gas supplies to the rest of Europe via major pipelines.
The Nord Stream link has been out of action since last month, when a leak was discovered which both Moscow and the West claimed was due to "sabotage".
A second pipeline's never been turned on, as a project was halted when Russia invaded Ukraine.
However, Mr. Putin now says it could be used.
