A woman's right to abortion in America has been overturned by the US Supreme Court.
Back in the seventies a ruling - called Roe versus Wade - meant it was effectively legalised across the country.
Now, abortion rights for tens of millions of women will now be determined by individual states - and many say they'll ban abortions.
Professor Carolyn Shapiro says some states prepared for this, with "trigger laws" in place:
"Which is a law that was ready to go into effect the moment that this opinion, or an opinion like it, came out of reversing Roe. Abortion is now illegal in your state, whether it is entirely illegal or illegal only after some very early stage of pregnancy".
