Women foreign ministers from 16 countries - including the UK's Liz Truss - say they are 'disappointed' Afghan girls are being denied access to secondary schools.
The Taliban unexpectedly decided against reopening classrooms on Wednesday to older girls.
So far, they've refused to explain that decision.
