The World Health Organisation says there's still a "long way to go" in the fight against Covid 19.
It says some countries are seeing a resurgence in cases.
While there's concern about the growth of the virus in Africa, Latin America and eastern Europe.
The death toll worldwide now stands at over 175 thousand.
Dr Mike Ryan from the WHO says countries thinking of relaxing restrictions need to manage the risk.
"You're never going to reach a point where there's absolute scientific evidence where it's safe to bring 10 people together, or 20, or 30, or 40, or 60, or 200, or 2,000, or 20,000 or 200,000.
"What we do know is large numbers of people gathered together in close quarters in presence of the virus will result in amplification of the disease."
