The number of cases of coronavirus across the world has reached 2.5 million.
The US accounts for a quarter of the cases, and more than 42,000 people have now died of Covid-19 in the States.
In New York City alone, there have been nearly 15,000 deaths.
Maria Van Kerkhove, from the World Health Organisation, is warning countries not to neglect other health services during the crisis.
"We have issued some guidance about maintaining some health services, this is absolutely critical that other services continue.
"Babies are still being born, children need vaccinations, people need vaccinations, this needs to continue and needs to be done in a safe way.
"We do have guidance that has been put out to try and support countries and maintain that."
