45% of Irish business leaders plan to reassess their firm's hybrid working model this year.

The average IT investment looks set to rise by almost a quarter, but almost half of them are more hesitant due to economic uncertainty.

Over a third are considering moving to a four-day working week.

Auxillion Head of Marketing, Sean Walsh says the changing work landscape is affecting their priorities.

"It's largely driven by lots of factors, the change in work practises that are happening being one.

"We're now at the tail end of covid, and a lot of the things we experienced over the last 2-3 years are sticking - hybrid work and people wanting flexible work."
