Irish Water along with engineers from Cork County Council are continuing to investigate a blockage in the Mitchelstown area.
The issue is impacting the public water supply network in Mitchelstown.
Irish Water says while there was no disruption to the water supply yesterday, some customers may experience a water outage today as crews continue to try and pin point the exact location of the issue.
Customers are advised that they may experience intermittent reductions in pressure or supply as this work is ongoing.
