Lebanese officials say an Israeli airstrike in central Beirut has killed at least 22 people and injured more than 100 others.
Two densely-packed neighbourhoods were targeted - with security forces saying the target was a senior commander of Hezbollah, Wafiq Safa.
However, it's understood he survived.
Reporter Alex Rossi is in Beirut - he explains who he is.
"He would have been a go-between between Hezbollah and the outside world.
"He's accused of bringing contraband into the country, weapons, finances.
"He's a very senior figure - I think it shows that Israel is still maintaining its campaign to decapitate the leadership of the group."
