Neil speaks to a concerned listener whose elderly neighbour's house was burgled. Neil is talking to callers who have no heating in this freezing weather. The residents of Ard Bhaile Mayfield have no heating for a second year in a row. Yvonne's kids (7 & 16) have to sleep together for body heat. Donna lives in Mallow with no heating. When she lights the stove it fills the house with smoke. Her 3 year old sleeps in socks, tights, vest, house coat, PJs and uses 3 hot water bottles.
