Their dental clinic in Cork is modern, incorporating the latest technology and techniques, priding themselves on their sensitivity to apprenhensive and nervous patients by producing optimum treatment results in a calm, relaxing and welcoming atmosphere.
Practice Managers are responsible for providing leadership to practice colleagues (Associates and Employed)
They welcome any applicants with management or Lead Dental nurse experience within a dental setting. Other industries such as healthcare or commericial (e.g..retail/hospitality) will also be considered.
- Experience of working with financial recordsm to include P&L, KPIs and budget planning
- Experience of managing a team including knowledge of HR processes and compliance
- The ability to communicate effectively with the team and lead them with a positive, proactive approach
- 24 hours per week available (we can be flexible on 3 full days Monday - Friday)
