Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with aftersales customers via phone, in person, and online.
- Order, organize, and maintain parts stock
- Provide timely parts estimates to customers.
- Coordinate daily parts deliveries.
- Conduct daily stock control checks
- Maintain department housekeeping duties.
- Accurately identify, locate, and pick parts for Trade and Retail customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers through calls and emails.
