A 43 year old man who sexually abused his daughter when she was home sick from school and treated his son with immense cruelty has been jailed for four and a half years.
William Condon of Leesdale in Bishopstown, Cork, pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting his now 19 year old daughter Faith Condon and 16 year old son William Condon Junior.
The teenage victims waived their anonymity at a sitting of Cork Circuit Criminal Court and gave emotional impacts where they spoke about the pain they had endured at the hands of their father.
Judge Colin Daly jailed William Condon for four and half years for the grievous harm he had caused to his children.
