One of the men who had been jailed for contempt of court after failing to give evidence in a trial in connection with the death of Cameron Blair was accidentally released from prison.
The Examiner report that Craig O'Donoghue, of Killala Court, Knocknaheeny was released after an error in the prison system, that had wrongly determined that O'Donoghue was entitled to remission.
However this applies only to convicted prisoners, and not those jailed after being found in contempt of court.
Gardai were alerted to the error and arrived at his home to re-arrest him - O'Donoghue was not present but returned to Cork prison of his own volition the following day.
