A 62 year old man accused of murdering a woman in Doneraile earlier this year is due to appear before Cork District Court today.
Michael Leonard of Hillcrest, Glenosheen, Killmallock, Co Limerick is charged with killing 72 year old Mary O'Keeffe on February 4th last.
The body of the mother of three was found after the emergency services responded to reports of a car on fire close to a wooded area outside Doneraile.
Leonard has been in custody since his arrest in February.
