A man in his 20s has been charged in relation to criminal damage of a direct provision centre in Kerry.
The man was arrested yesterday in relation to the alleged incident at the Harmony Inn in Killarney on New Year's Day.
He's now due to appear before Tralee District Court this morning.
He's the second person to be charged in relation to the alleged incident.
