Neil talks about the bombing attack at the Arianna Grande concert in the MEN Arena in Manchester, in which 22 people lost their lives and 59 are injured.
He speaks to security & terrorism experts, people on the ground in Manchester and Cork relatives of people who were at the event.
He also speaks to Derry man Sean Wood whose daughter Niamh was working behind the bar at the concert. He describes the horror she witnessed and says “her life will never be the same again”.
