Stevie Grainger (Stevie G) is a DJ from Cork City who records music as aboveDat with Ian Ring on their soul jamz records label. Stevie works with Corks RedFM. He has been djing regularly all over the country and beyond for 20 years now and is known for helping expose a lot of people to hip-hop, soul, r&b and jazz. His residencies in such nightclubs as Sir Henrys, the Savoy, The Kitchen, RiRa, the Pavilion and the Pod were very popular, and he still spins weekly in Cork and appears regularly at many Irish music festivals. He appears at Taboo monthly in cork city where his long running Jam night teams up with DCE for a hip-hop/r&b/dancehall extravaganza. His new aboveDat single with Ian ring feat Jesse Boykins III is out now.
