Actress Alicia Vikander has announced that she and husband Michael Fassbender welcomed their first child into the world earlier this year.
The 32-year-old was speaking to People magazine as she was promoting her new film "Blue Bayou" when she confirmed the happy news saying, "I now have a whole new understanding of life in general.
"That's pretty beautiful, and obviously will give a lot to any of my work in the future."
Alicia and 44-year-old Fassbender met on the set of "The Light Between Oceans" in 2014 where they played on screen husband and wife and married at the La Granja farmstead resort in Ibiza in 2017.
