A town which was on its knees last October after devastating floods has rebranded itself.
Midleton is ready to change its narrative by steering away from being associated with flooding caused by Storm Babet.
Business owners now want to highlight the town as a vibrant resilient community with thriving shops and restaurants.
Speaking to RedFM News, Niamh Hegarty from Midleton Chamber says the town has a lot to offer:
"In October the town was devastated by floods and I knew there was a way we could change the narrative of Midleton. And also showcase how vibrant this community is and showcase how much there is down here. You know we've got everything from mortgage advisors to children's shoes to Michelin star restaurants, it's all in this locality."
