A vigil has been held in New Mexico to remember Halyna Hutchins - the woman killed on the set of a major Hollywood movie.
Alec Baldwin fired a fatal gunshot from a prop gun he'd been told was safe.
The regulations are now being examined - and questions are being asked about exactly what safety measures were taken.

"I hope that this will be an agent for change because there's really no reason there never should be someone who dies, making a film, I think that of the it'll definitely be looked at, and there are ways that you can mitigate the the risk by doing it post production."
