Netflix have released a trailer for their upcoming film 'I'm Thinking of Ending Things'.
The movie stars Killarney's Jessie Buckley and Jesse Plemons of Breaking Bad and Fargo fame. The movie is written and directed by Charlie Kaufman whose previous films include 'Being John Malkovich' and 'Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind'.
The trailer doesn't give much away but we see Buckley's character meeting up with her boyfriend, played by Plemons, and heading off to meet his parents for the first time. Once they get to their home, strange things start to happen.
The official plot of the movie says:
Despite second thoughts about their relationship, a young woman (Jessie Buckley) takes a road trip with her new boyfriend (Jesse Plemons) to his family farm. Trapped at the farm during a snowstorm with Jake’s mother (Toni Collette) and father (David Thewlis), the young woman begins to question the nature of everything she knew or understood about her boyfriend, herself, and the world. An exploration of regret, longing and the fragility of the human spirit.
