The multi-million euro upgrade to the Clare O’Leary Walkway in Bandon is nearing completion.
The first phase of the walkway, which overlooks the River Bandon, will be fully accessible for wheelchairs and buggies.
It path will be lit, allowing it to be used all year around, even during the winter months.
The walkway will eventually connect to the centre of Bandon town.
