Simply Red has been announced to play at Live at the Marquee Cork 2022 as well as another Irish show at Live at Botanic Gardens in Belfast.
The band will perform at Live at the Marquee on 1st June 2022 and in Belfast on 2nd June 2022.
Simply Red is one of the most successful acts to come out of the UK and will be treating fans to their all time classic hits such as Stars, Holding Back The Years, Fairground and Money's Too Tight To Mention as well as some new tracks.
Mick Hucknall is excited to get back on stage saying, “I’ve spent most of my life going out and singing for people, so it feels strange not to have that.” he said. “I miss being able to express myself. It’s going to be wonderfully inspiring when people can go and see bands again. I can’t wait.”
Tickets for both Live at the Marquee Cork and Live at Botanic Gardens Belfast will go on sale Thursday 28th October at 9am from ticketmaster.ie.
Tom Grennan was also announced for Live at the Marquee this morning.
