They were among 943 people who attended the HSE's six sexual assault treatment units in 2019.
It's slightly more than 2018, when there were 941 presentations.
Noeline Blackwell, from Dublin Rape Crisis Centre, says she's not surprised children under 14 are attending the units.
"Age does not protect you, young age does not protect people. There is a bit of an issue about the fact that sometimes young children have to be brought to units that are essentially set up for adults, and there is such a need really for dedicated paediatric sexual assault treatment units because sexual assault is happening to young children."
