Police in Spain are investigating the death of a 24-year-old Irish man, who was found dead in a swimming pool.
Friends found him in the water at a holiday home near Marbella yesterday, and called the emergency services for assistance.
The dead man has not been named, and police are due to report details to a local courthouse.
A post-mortem on the body is also due to take place some time between today and Monday.
