85% of autistic People In Ireland are unemployed or underemployed.

That's according to Ireland's national autism charity AsIAm.

They have teamed up with the hiring platform IrishJobs.ie to launch the 'Same Chance Commitment' - to call on employers to create autism-friendly workplaces, and create job opportunities for autistic people.

According to AsIAM, 1 in 65 people in Ireland are autistic.

The 'Same Chance Commitment' is encouraging businesses to remove barriers for autistic people entering the workplace.
