91% of people are worried about their financial health because of the rising cost of living and inflation.
Figures released by the Bank of Ireland have revealed that people’s financial concerns continue to be a pressing issue with more than three quarters of Irish people paying more attention to their finances since the Covid pandemic.
Head of Pensions & Investments at the bank Bernard Walsh said the rising cost of living is of major concern.
"The one factor that is across the board across men and women is the rising cost of living.
"91% of people that we interviewed said that they were worried or concerned about the rising cost of living and what that could mean for their personal finances.
"They're looking for help about fast next steps that need to take to get their money working for them."
