A number of north American airlines are demanding action on delays and other issues at Dublin Airport.
They've warned the government that it's damaging travellers' impression of Ireland, the airport and the airlines.
Under the Airlines for America lobby group, American Airlines, Delta, United and Air Canada have written to the Transport Minister calling for action on the issues at Dublin Airport.
The Irish Independent reports they're looking for a meeting to discuss the delays, that they warn will only get worse as passenger numbers increase during the peak summer travel season.
They say just 16.7% of Air Canada's flights left Dublin Airport on time in May, while only half of American Airline's flights departed on schedule.
The group complained that premium business class passengers are forced to join the general queue despite paying significant sums for fast track while reduced mobility passengers are in some cases being left stranded without assistance.
