The Belfast-Dublin Route will also resume
Customers from Glengall Street in Belfast will be able to travel from 3:30am and those leaving from Patrick's Quay in Cork will be able to travel from 5am.
Social distancing measures mean that only 23 to 24 seats will be available, depending on the layout of a particular bus.
Services from other parts of the country will not resume until a later date.
