Almost one third of people believe there will be a united Ireland in the next decade, while 43% disagree.
That's according to the latest ‘Ireland and the EU’ poll, which also found an overwhelming majority of people, 86% are concerned the cost-of-living crisis is harming the EU economy.
57% support the Northern Ireland Protocol, while 35% don't know.
The research was carried out by European Movement Ireland and it's CEO Noelle O Connell says it indicates a knowledge deficit around the Protocol.
