Any Appeal On An EU Court's Apple Tax Ruling Could Drag The Case Out For Another 2 Years

That's according to the Finance Minister

The General Court ruled Ireland was not owed 13 billion euro in unpaid tax from Apple, which employs around 6,000 at it's European headquarters on the northside of the City.

Minister Paschal Donohoe told the Dail that if an appeal was made to the European Court of Justice then the case would take another two years to come to an end.

In response, People Before Profit TD Richard Boyd Barrett said some CEOs of big corporations should be wearing masks 'associated with stick up robberies':
