The volunteer crew launched their all-weather lifeboat at 11:40pm following a request from the Irish Coast Guard to help a woman who injured her arm.
The casualty was brought on board the lifeboat where she was assessed and treated by two HSE paramedics.
She was then able to return to her home on the island.
The lifeboat crew left the island at 00:07 and were back at Baltimore lifeboat station ten minutes later.
