The investigation is into alleged breaches of The Health Act.
In a statement issued to RedFM News the guards say that as this is an active investigation they will not be making any further comment or confirming the identity of any individual premises or person.
Where potential breaches of the Public Health Regulations are identified a file is submitted to the Director of Public Prosecutions for a direction as to how to proceed.
