Overnight flights could be allowed at Dublin Airport's new runway.
It's after the Aircraft Noise Competent Authority recommended in favour of the DAA in its efforts to have nighttime restriction lifted.
The runways 2007 planning permission curtails flights between 11pm and 7am.
However, the Irish Independent reports the ANCA decision has been put on hold pending the outcome of an appeal to An Bord Pleanála which's due in November.
