Children From Chernobyl Won't Be Coming To Ireland For First Time In Over 20 years This Christmas

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, children from Chernobyl will not be able to come to Ireland for the first time in 20 years.

Chernobyl Children's International say it is devastated the kids won't be able to come into the country this December - however it is planning to send Santa Claus to the children.

The charity is organising to bring medical supplies, nappies, food and PPE which is being made in Kilkenny to Ukraine in the coming weeks.
