Conor McGregor has repeated his plan to appeal the decision against the lawsuit he lost to Nikita Hand.
In a post on X, the MMA fighter says he knows he made mistakes and should never have stepped out on the woman he loves.
He claims everything that happened that night was consensual despite a jury deciding otherwise.
Orla O’Connor from the National Women’s Council says Nikita Hand has given up so much by taking this case.
"I think it struck a chord with people, because she stood up against somebody who would be seen as a very powerful person, a wealthy person. A person who would have a lot of support and following in this country, and that's a really difficult thing to do"
