The funds will be used to purchase more technology in order to keep their residents connected during the pandemic
The charity says this has been an unprecedented and challenging year where its fundraising activities were severely curtailed along with other charities due to Covid-19
Cop Foundation say the much-needed funds raised for people with intellectual disabilities and or autism will be used for assistive technology, enabling people to live healthier, more independent lives and remain connected to loved ones.
During the pandemic, many people whom the charity support have been unable to see their loved ones due to visitor restrictions and access to technology is integral so they can empower and enable the people they support during and beyond the Covid-19 pandemic.
