The latest MyHome.ie Property Price Report shows property prices in Cork have stayed flat for the third quarter in a row
There were 1,588 properties for sale in Cork at the end of Quarter-Two - an increase of 7% over the quarter.
The report on Quarter-Two of this year shows the median asking price for a property in County Cork is still 275,000 euro.
This means prices have risen by €10,000 compared with this time last year.
Asking prices for a 3-bed semi-detached house in the county are also flat - having risen by €15,000 compared to this time last year.
For a 4-bed semi-detached house in Cork, the price is up by €25,000 year-on-year to €350,000.
On average, it takes a property nearly three months to go sale agreed in the city - and nearly four months in the county - after being placed up for sale.
