Councillors in Dublin are meeting with the Assistant Garda Commissioner this afternoon.

They'll discuss the rise in anti-social behaviour in the capital, and the attack on an American tourist last week.

A GoFund Me page for Stephen Termini's family to visit him has reached over 80-thousand euro.

A teenager, arrested in connection with the assault on Talbot Street, has been charged and remanded on bail.

Diarmuid Pepper, Reporter with TheJournal.ie, says Stephen's sister hopes to visit him:

"Just looking at it here, it's past $91,000 so there'll be more unable to make that visit which will be really important because, you know, no one likes hospitals but she said to me in the phone that particularly Stephen has, you know, a bit of an aversion apparently to hospitals so she said that he would be feeling very, very scared very lonely and that he you know, really appreciate a visit from his family."
