Court fees and their excise duty relating to Special Exemption Orders will be waived until the end of April for nightclubs.
The Justice Minister Helen McEntee and Finance Minister Paschal Donohoe have made the announcement.
Nightclubs and late bars need to get a Special Exemption Order from the District Court every time they want to trade past normal trading hours.
SEOs permit extended opening hours until 2.30am.
