CSO figures show prices have risen by 9.5%

Prices in Ireland are estimated to have risen by 9.5% in the year to October.

That compares to 8.6% in the 12 months to September.

The CSO's published the EU Harmonised Index of Consumer prices.

Energy prices are estimated to have increased by 13.6% in the month and are up by 47.6% since October 2021.
